beautiful, gorgeous. What do the words mean?

It'd take a while for me to work it out in detail. Might be worth it though. Faroese is fairly close to Icelandic, with some west Norwegian vowels, and other peculiarities of pronunciation. I'll see what I can come up with.

Tú ert enn so dárandi ung
- sum nýborið vár,
ið vitjar heimin
á sólgyltum flytifuglaveingjum
- tú ert einans átjan ung ár. (x3)
**Ladadadadadada....

You are so lastingly young
-like newborn spring,
vigour visiting the world
upon sun-gilt flutterbirdwings
- you are only eighteen years young.

Tú ert enn so eggjandi rein
- sum perlandi tár -
sum døgg hin, ið skírdi
vársins fyrstsprotnu nálir
- tú ert einans átjan ung ár.
**Ladadadadadada...

You are yet so piercingly pure
- like tears pearling -
like that dew, the clarity[?]
on Spring's first-shooting needles
- you are only eighteen years young.
